2. Where Your Order Ships From

Irish hallmarked jewellery is dispatched from Dublin, Ireland. Each of these pieces carries the official Irish hallmark applied by the Dublin Assay Office, certifying 925 sterling silver.

Selected designs for customers in other EU countries are dispatched directly from our manufacturing partner in India. These pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver but do not carry an Irish hallmark. Your order confirmation and tracking details will show where your order was dispatched from.

3. Customs & Import Charges — None for You

The price you pay at checkout is the final price: you will never be asked to pay customs duties, import VAT or carrier handling fees on delivery ( including those dispatched from India).

We aim to ensure our prices include all applicable duties, so you shouldn't be charged anything extra on delivery. In the rare event that you're asked to pay a customs or import charge, please contact us with a copy of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.

4. Delivery Time frame

📦 UK/Ireland: Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days.
🌍 Rest of the world: Standard delivery takes 7-10 working days.

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order does not arrive or is damaged during transit, please contact us here within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
