✅ Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
⚠️ Important Note on Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings (unless defective).

- Non-Refundable Items: Custom/personalized pieces and sale items are final sale.

5. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
